The Spokane Convention Center, along with the INB Performing Arts Center and the Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena, is owned and operated by the Spokane Public Facilities District. The SPFD was the first Public Facilities District created in Washington and is a municipal corporation under the state.
The District is governed by the five-member Board. Two members are appointed by the City of Spokane, two are appointed by Spokane County and the fifth member comes from the Hotel Motel Association. For more information about the Board of Directors visit the District website at www.spokanepfd.org.
