Dear Event Partners and Guests, 


The Spokane Public Facilities District is monitoring the impact of Covid-19 (coronavirus) in and around our community and are in frequent contact with our local, state, and federal partners. Our immediate priority is always the health and safety of our clients, participants, volunteers, staff, guests, and spectators. 


We are following Washington State Governor Inslee’s Proclamation of Stay Home, Stay Healthy effective midnight on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 and will continue to implement local, state, and federal mandates and proclamations as they arise. 


The Spokane Public Facilities District is also currently working with event producers to re-book canceled/postponed shows. Please continue to monitor our websites (,,, and social channels as we will keep you up to date on event schedules.

In order to do our part in keeping employees and the community safe, and due to local and state mandates, the Spokane Arena Box Office and our fulfillment center are currently closed. To purchase tickets, please visit or call 1-800-325-7328. Tickets selected for mail delivery will be processed once our fulfillment center reopens. If you would like to receive the tickets immediately, please select "Print at Home" or "Mobile Delivery" as your delivery method. If you are inquiring about a recently canceled or rescheduled event, please call 1-800-325-7328. Please note the date the Spokane Arena Box Office is scheduled to reopen is subject to change per local and state mandates and proclamations.
